A large City Firm are looking to recruit an experienced Call Handler on a part time basis of 23.5 hours per week between the hours of Monday - Friday 3pm - 7pm and one Saturday in five 9.00 - 2.00 pm.
This role would suit someone with proven experience working in a busy Call Centre environment and adept at dealing with a high volume of calls from clients as well as internal departments. Successful post-holders may also be involved in making outbound calls as part of specific strategic projects and initiatives.
The ideal candidate must have a genuine interest in delivering exceptional customer service and be willing to continue to develop and improve their skills in this area. A clear, polite, courteous and professional telephone manner is essential. The ideal candidate will have a good standard of education and have the aptitude to learn new skills within a busy and challenging environment.
